Terms and Conditions for Videos
To reserve your spot, full payment for the selected package is required.
Once you’ve chosen and completed your purchase, you’ll receive a questionnaire for your to share your feedback as per how you want your video and if you have examples that would be best!. Based on your input, we’ll provide recommendations to ensure efficient use of your time, minimizing any potential extra hours.
Once we receive your input as per what you want for your video, we will contact you to go over the details and address any questions you may have.
On the day of your video shoot, punctuality is key, as your session will begin at the agreed time and last for the duration your selected package.
When your time is up, we’ll inform you and offer options for extending your session if needed. Any extra hours must be paid for immediately after the production and before editing begins. Failure to pay for additional time will delay delivery, which will start only once the payment is confirmed.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $100 fee.
Your video will include the logo provided by you. Adding an animated logo for the opening, closing, will come at an additional cost.
Generic captions are included in the package. For personalized designs and animations, please request a separate quote.
For our PROMO VIDEO BASIC package. Any session south of Hollywood or North of Fort Lauderdale will incur a $30 charge for distances up to 30 miles. For other packages, sessions beyond 30 miles will have an extra charge based on distance.
All videos, photos, or any other audiovisual material (collectively, “Work Product”) created by Emagine Creations, Inc. will remain the property of Emagine Creations, Inc. and may be used in promotional videos without additional authorization. If the client wishes to retain FULL RIGHTS to these videos, an agreed fee must be paid, and a certification document will be provided.
Emagine Creations, Inc. guarantees delivery within 3 business days after the session, except for our VIDEO STARTER PREMIUM package, the VIDEO STARTER PREMIUM package, which will be delivered in 7 business days. If express delivery is needed, an additional fee will apply, and a quote can be provided.
All feedback, suggestions, or requests for changes must be submitted via email to info@emaginecreations.com.
Only one round of changes is included, meaning you can request as many revisions as needed within that round. Further changes will require an additional fee. No changes will be accepted after 10 days of receiving the video. Revisions may take up to 72 business hours to complete, depending on workload. While we aim to prioritize your changes, we cannot guarantee completion in less than 72 business hours. If you require immediate revisions, an additional fee will apply based on the request.
TO MAINTAIN OUR COMPETITIVE PRICES, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
